Manufacturer Warranties
For items that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the responsibility for claims lies directly between the customer and the manufacturer. Cuddle Cove does not bear liability for warranty fulfillment, unless explicitly stated.
Refund & Exchange Approach
Cash refunds are not provided. Instead, we may offer a replacement or product exchange, subject to stock availability and eligibility. Our team aims to process approved exchanges in the shortest time possible.
Return/Exchange Timeframe
To initiate a return or exchange:
- You must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned to us within 2 working days from the delivery date for consideration.
Shipping & Courier Costs
Customers are responsible for courier or delivery costs when returning or exchanging items.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products that were custom-made or cut to size.
- Items damaged by lightning or electrical faults.
- Products that have been misused, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.
- Items used outside of their intended purpose.
- Products that have not been used in accordance with the user manual.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- In new or resalable condition.
- Returned with intact packaging, manuals, and accessories.
